This digital document constitutes a valid and enforceable agreement between you and Anantapur Chakra-Flexi Credit regarding your access to and utilization of our mobile application and revolving credit line platform. By downloading, registering, or executing any operation within Anantapur Chakra-Flexi Credit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Executed under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, this electronic contract requires no physical or digital signature. Should you withhold consent to any part of these terms, you must cease using the service and remove the application from your device immediately.

To apply for or maintain an active revolving credit limit through Anantapur Chakra-Flexi Credit, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• Indian Citizenship & Identification: You must be a legal resident of India possessing active, government-recognized identity and tax credentials (including a valid Aadhaar and PAN card).
• Legal Age & Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old and fully competent to enter into binding legal agreements under Indian law.
• Information Integrity: All identity details, income disclosures, and background information submitted during onboarding must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• Anti-Fraud Standards: Any submission of forged documents, impersonation, or misrepresentation will lead to instant account termination, forfeiture of credit line access, and potential reporting to regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

You retain sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including One-Time Passwords (OTPs), PINs, and security tokens. All activities performed under your authenticated profile shall be recognized as authorized by you. You explicitly agree not to engage in any of the following restricted behaviors:

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or deriving the source code of Anantapur Chakra-Flexi Credit.
• Utilizing automated scripts, bots, web crawlers, or unauthorized data mining tools to extract information from our platform.
• Interfering with server integrity, bypassing security barriers, or launching malicious cyber activities against our network.
• Employing the revolving credit line for unlawful transactions, speculative gambling, or illicit financial activities prohibited by Indian regulations.

All original content, visual design elements, proprietary software, source codes, trademarks, and automated credit assessment algorithms integrated into Anantapur Chakra-Flexi Credit are the exclusive intellectual property of the operator, protected under Indian copyright and trademark statutes. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application solely for managing their individual revolving credit facility.

You retain ownership of the data you submit; however, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and utilize such data to deliver credit facilities, refine risk models, and fulfill regulatory compliance requirements.

Anantapur Chakra-Flexi Credit is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform uptime, error-free operations, or mandatory credit line approval. Final credit decisions, approved limits, and applicable fee structures are determined dynamically through our proprietary risk frameworks.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Anantapur Chakra-Flexi Credit and its corporate affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your service usage or technical service disruptions.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect regulatory updates, technological improvements, or operational shifts. Revised policies become effective immediately upon publication on our official platform. Your continued engagement with Anantapur Chakra-Flexi Credit following such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
